As Istanbul Kültür University Technology and Project Support Unit (TPDB), we aim to establish University-Industry cooperation within the framework of R & D based needs of companies operating in different sectors in industry. Within the scope of this target, in the process of transferring the knowledge and experience capacity of our researchers in the process of science, research and technology development to many different companies and SMEs in the industry through R & D projects, shaping project ideas, preparing contract documents, financial, legal and administrative issues. we carry out managerial activities.

a) TÜBİTAK TEYDEB Funding Programs
The aim of the TÜBİTAK Industrial R&D Program is to strengthen the R&D capacities of companies by enabling industrial enterprises in the private sector to improve their R&D activities. In addition, project support programs are carried out to encourage industrial enterprises and SMEs in research, technology development, innovation activities, increasing productivity and orientation towards products and services with higher added value. Within the framework of these programs, by strengthening the scientific research capacity and infrastructure of projects with the support of academicians, we encourage projects to produce high value-added outputs based on R&D in the process of product, process and prototype development.

Students enrolled in the fields of fundamental sciences, social sciences, engineering, and medical sciences can apply to the undergraduate thesis support program for their research on the development of products, methods, and processes with an industrial application that potential offer R&D-based solutions to the problems faced by companies operating in the industry.

Within the framework of the International Industrial R&D Support Programs, it is intended to encourage companies and SMEs operating in Turkey to develop innovative products and services by establishing international cooperation and to form R&D collaborations with universities in this scope.
International Industrial R&D Support Programs include R&D projects that will transform innovative and entrepreneurial project ideas that can be commercialized in a short time into products and processes, such as the Horizon2020, EUREKA and Eurostars programs.
